At DHC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Japanese beauty ritual. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your DHC account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring any glass containers are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
